We always hope to have agreements in place with each of your creditors within a month or less. As soon as we receive your first payment, we begin the negotiation process by sending out the offer to each of your creditors by post. Usually within one week of this happening, we have a name and contact with whom we will be dealing with regarding your particular debt.
